A. Have the object perform multiple functions, thereby eliminating the need for some other object(s).
Example:
• Cross tablet pen.
• Pen, pencil, eraser.
• Sofa which converts into a bed.
• Handle of a toothbrush contains toothpaste.
• Child’s car seat converts to a stroller.
• Minivan seat that adjusts to accommodate seating, sleeping or carrying cargo.
